1. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

• • If a client chooses to cancel before recruitment work has started, we offer a 100% refund of the advance payment.

2. Project Cancellation After Work Has Started

• • If the recruitment process has already begun, we may deduct operational costs and refund the remaining amount.
    The deduction will depend on the time, resources, and effort already invested in the hiring process. We encourage open discussions to reach a fair settlement.

3. Mid-Project Cancellation

• • If a project is cancelled during the early stages, a partial refund may be provided after deducting costs for the work completed.
    If cancellation occurs at an advanced stage, refunds may not apply, but we will work with the client toward a fair resolution.

4. Delayed Payments

Timely payments are essential for uninterrupted project delivery.
If payments are delayed, recruitment timelines may automatically extend.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
